Savage 25 BL Conversion - Need Help
 

Hey guys I'm pretty new to this forum, but definitely not new to rc. I currently have a Savage 25 (moderately beat up) that I ripped my OS 30 out of to make it a BL. I have a Feigao 8xl right now and am going to get a MMM soon enough.

I have stock 2-spd trans (locked into 2nd), the kershaw savage BL motor mount, 47t spur, all else is pretty much stock.
I'm planning to: lengthen tvp's to accomodate 2 x 3s1p lipo or 18 cells nimh in stock motor plate area, Medusa 36-80-xxxx/CC Neu 2200.

I wondering what you guys think, if I should use the savage trans or a center diff, and if there is anything else that should be considered.
