I haven't personally used one of those, but it just looks like a modded computer power supply. The only thing you might want to keep in mind is that unless steps are taken to regulate the voltage tightly, the output voltage might drop when running close to its max current, and that lower voltage might be below what your specific charger needs to see. I've seen computer supplies that dip below 11v under their rated output.
There are ways to boost the voltage output to compensate, but the specific method varies depending on the supply design.
