Which combo for the ERevo
 

I have 2 MMM and two different Neu motors, however I would really like a sensor motor for racing. Would someone chime in and let me know the best KV. I currently have a Tekno Neu 1515 1y and a Neu 1515 1.5d. Thanks

I would think the Rx8 system with 4038 Motor in 2000kv would be a good choice.

We have a 4038 1Y that is 2250kv. The 1515 1Y is 2200kv.

We are not planning to make a 1.5D 2700kv+ motor at this point. The 1.5D in the large and small motors is pretty crazy and hard on batteries. There are better ways to get rpm than lower winds. These motors are strong enough to pull more gear with a lower kv motor. Many are using 5s or 6s with a lower kv motor for a better overall feel.

Thanks for your help, I will be getting the 4038. The 1515 1.5D is hard on batts and it runs alittle warm, but damn is it fun.
