I have just finished setting up and test running my first brushless monster truck which I recieved from Mike.

I live in Australia, and had some concerns with purchasing overseas, but let me put anyone else in this situation's mind at rest.

Not only does Mike go WAY out of his way to answer questions and help with builds, but his products are top shelf and delivered on time every time.

I run my own business, and I can honestly say I would hire this man in a heartbeat if he ever wanted a job. A true professional!!

Well done Mike, you have earnt my business, and I will be shopping from RC-Monster for all my needs in the future.

I told him befor not to push it very hard on himself and that he should also give his family as much of care as he does for us or even more. He doesn't want to disappoint anyone here, though and that is why many people like me are starting to lean more and more towards rc-monster.com more than any other online shops. I can only agree. Placed my first order 5/1 and today my G-maxx chasis is on my table.

I live in Denmark Europe, and as far as I know, no one is selling G-maxx in Europe, so it is nice to have Mike around or some 1000 miles away ;o)

Definitely not the last time I place orders at RC-Monster.com

i can not get over how quick he reply and how quick the orders get done unbeliveable. i live in brisbane australia we are 13 hours ahead. every time i send any email . he has allways replyed. when ever i turn computer on all times of night and daythere is allways mail waiting for me. parts are allways here very quick . every time i buy some thing . it has been sent in minets of the sale with an email telling me every detail. mike helps you in any thing you could possible want to know. the guys on the forums are great awell . if service keeps going like this ill be a very poor man but a very very happy one. like to give a big wrap to all staff behind the scene as well:018: from grant ritchie
