mamba max question

what do i need to do to run a mamba max ? on 4s for my truggy , ill be runing a feigao 8xl ,? any pics would be great :)

In a truggy, a mm is pushing it IMO due to the weight of the vehicle, but, if you insist, On 4s, you will need...

1. a bec of some sort...http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...stlebec&cat=21

In order to run this bec properly, you will need to disconnect the RED wire from your esc plug that plugs into the rx...DON'T cut the wire, just remove it

2. A cap soldered on to the leads on the board will also help...http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...=35vcap&cat=21 The one w/the short wire leads is easier to work w/IMO

3. A fan would not hurt either....http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXKKN0&P=7

I would really consider a bigger esc than a mm for a truggy....you can get away w/it in a buggy, but a truggy is a bit much IMO

well this is just for now seeing how its gona be over 3 weeks for my MMM to come back

They are well worth it, the MMM is soo much easier to work with, no extra wires for BEc's, fans, no troublesome capacitor boards to deal with... The MMM has all the features and more of a modded MM... and it has a warranty for running it as such :)

yea i had a MMM and it went poof lol but i have a racing coming up and NEED to have my fix lol , so once i get my MMM back ill keep the MM as a back up
