E zilla

Hi everybody!!!
I know this topic had been discuss previously but will like to get the latest imput. Sure the E maxx have a lot of aftermarket support but the E zilla is what I got and whant to make it the fastest posible.
Will like to know your recomendation for a brushless combo for my E zilla(Not received yet., on the way).
What I want is a combo able to smoke the nitro monsters on drag and be able to run it at the dirt track. Will use lipo(3s).
Thanks.

If I remember right. The tranny don't look like it can take but so much power. Only running 3s lipo will help keep power down. I think it was not a great deal of room where motor went. So not sure what you can stuff in there.

Are you be able to dust the nitro trucks with BL EZilla?
Thanks:devil

Re~Mix 01.12.2006 11:53 AM

You should hit mid thirties at least, so you should hang with most nitro trucks on 12 cells, and have more torque

Don't know if the diffs hold up!

Rtsbasic 01.12.2006 07:25 PM

The E-zilla is basically a Savage with a different center tranny/bits in the middle right? I'm thinking of getting one and throwing my 8L/Mtroniks Truck in it on 12 cells.

psycho 01.13.2006 09:47 PM

A 8L on 14 cells would be faster than the 9L on 16 cells using the BK 12020? What will be the pro and the cons of each one?
Thanks:devil

the 8l will run a little hotter and give worse runtimes.
