JB Weld and a VXL diff...

I agree, but a buddy gave me cash to order one for him, and I don't want to give him his cash back.

You could tell him they're out of stock everywhere and he can either wait, or just get the parts for a new diff and JB weld that one.

I found a diff lock, but it is here downunder. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Diff-Locker-f...4.c0.m14.l1262 This guy makes them for crawlers and they look fairly good. Let me know if your interested and maybe I can get it for you, cos dont know if he ships internationally. Hope this helps.
