too many cart wheels!
does any body know of a stronger axel I can use on my traxxass rustler? Stock seem to bend quite easily at the hole where the pin for the hex goes through.any suggestions?

FLM CVDs from RC-Monster.com
|
I dont want the whole cvd though, just the axels that go through the wheels
|
I do believe traxxas makes a hardened version of the outdrives.

Yea you will have no luck except going to cvd,s and that most likly wont be stronger, cartwheels tend to bend things quickly.
|
the flm cvd has a extra thick spot in the exact spot that you are bending them.
http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...lm26515&cat=29 also in my experience if you run some tires with big side walls like the ones liked below you will never bend any axle because the tire just compresses http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXPZV4&P=7 you could also try mashers 2k or moabs (i run 30 series moabs and the ones liked above) |
