Dude, play nice. I'm sure he learned his lesson. If anything similar happens the big dogs around here will put him in his place. This is a fair forum and up till the recent happenings BL_RVO is a welcomed and honored member here. He's walking on egg shells now, but we still accept him.

To be honest, Wild is right. What BL_RV0 pulled was a scam, and now after giving his life story and trying to make everyone feel sorry for him, he posts all over the forums to seem like the "good guy." And Paralyzed, I respect you, and your RC know how, and I respect your views, but honestly, you need to quit defending BL_RV0 here, because when pedeboi364 never shipped you your stuff, you fussed about it a bit here on the forums, but when someone who "seems" like a "good kid" pulls this stuff on someone else but not you, you defend him, and to be honest its pretty ridiculous that anyone would defend someone who scammed people. Because the truth is, if I didn't say anything in the PIF thread, there would be a very very very slim chance of BL_RV0 ever shipping anyone their stuff. I know you are trying to be nice to him and respectful, but he tried to scam people, even though it was free stuff, he still tried to scam people, and he would have probably scammed someone with money (eovnu and the MM he bought off BL_RV0) because eovnu had to pester the hell out of him on AIM to get him to ship him his MM! But he also obviously posted his life story on here a month or two ago to make people feel sorry for him, and it obviously worked on you _paralyzed_, and its sad that he did something like that and its sad that it came to this, but the bottom line, he tried to scam, he was caught in the act, and that is all there is to it. He may be making it right with some by claiming to ship their stuff, but I will believe it when I see it, and he has yet to make it right with me, which is pretty screwed up considering I gave him $160 worth of Maxx parts for free that I haven't seen or heard of hardly at all since I gave them to him as a PIF.

Good points. I never did get the tranny from pedeboi. I can't read peoples minds, but I'm a good judge of character and have assumed there intentions.

I believe what pedeboi did was straight up greedy lies.

I beleive what BL_RVO did was say yes to too many people and he simply did not deliver. I believe he intended well, but didn't prioritize.

I'm just a guy stuck in the middle of MN. I could be wrong about all of this.

I want to make it clear that I am not defending what BL_RVO did. Not at all. It was shitty, and now everyody here is timid about dealing with him, rightfully so. I'm simply speaking up for humanity. This forum rarely has problems, and I'm trying to have everybody get along. I would definitely be pissed too, but I know anger clouds my judgement and reasoning, so often times I just take a step back (a roll back?:neutral:) and rethink the situation.

It's all just stuff. Be happy you can walk and could get out of bed for the last year and a half. I cant:oh:

Wow, I must have missed something...

I recently did a trade with BL_RVO and he came thru for me. I will say that he did trade me some lipos, and when I got them one had a bad cell. I let him know and he swapped them out for something else that I could use. It took a while for him to ship to me 2nd time around, but I guess he was busy. I was in no big rush and a trade is just that, a trade. He made good on his word to me.

If there is a thread dealing with this please point me to it... Is it the PIF thread? I have not really bothered to use that, as I just buy and sell. I do throw up some "just pay shipping" threads from time to time....

What pedeboi did was just a move that could make him some quick cash... Now bl_rv0 on the other hand I just cant picture him doing the same or a related incident to what pedeboi had done. Dont be shocked if you hear news of him ending up in the hospital somwere in failville with bruises and a concussion. That will just be me and metal doing our good deed to rcm spudgunner style.
