Mini sized 6s esc's

I want to do a 5 or 6s setup in a Mini Erevo, Not for speed but for efficiency/ racing. I am looking for an esc that could handle the power of a 6s tops setup, I am looking at no more than 1500kv tops for the motor. I know the bigger (65-125 amp)quarks are supposed to handle 6s, but its hit or miss on 6s. Can the 33 or the 22amp procar handle the voltage? I know Kontronic has some nice esc's that deliver on higher voltage, do they have one small enough for a mini but take 6s? If so, does it have a car profile?

thanks for any info

edit: I have found a Kontronic jazz 40-6-18

I checked the voltage and its seems good for 5s and has a LIPO cut-off and has a car profile, would this be a good esc for my application?

I found out that the 33 and 22 amp procar will handle 5s lipo's so it is possible

You could use the tekin pro.

The 33 amp quark is a great esc. I have run 10th scale stuff on 3s lipo with mine. Great little speedo. You may need a bec if you plan to use 5s lipo.

Use Quark in a 1:18/1:16! Really! Trust me! Compared to CC ESC's, Quark ESC's are incredible! CC makes good ESC's, that's for sure. But I LOVE how Quark ESC's run. I've got a Competition 80B in my 1:18 Shark, it has NO cogging at all! (The CC ESC had) They run just damn smooth! I love them! :)

I had a quark procar 33 amp myself, I loved it, but it was too big for the mini quake se i was running. i later used a mamba 25 with an 1107/2y (3400kv i think) on 3s, with the slotted update the mamba was perfect. I do know the quark can do 5s, I know it'll need a external BEC. My plan will be similar to the E-gt setup i have, a 1200kv to 1500kv motor and 5s of lipo, should be an interesting setup

how's this for a cheap esc?

it can handle 40 amps constant and 6s lipo. for the price, i think its worth trying.

Page doesn't work for me, But if its like other turnigy esc's, while it will recognize the car transmitter, its brakes are a bit wierd, most that have used it use mech. brakes. thanks for the suggestion

looks like i may have found my setup, quark 33 pro car, medusa 28mmx32mm 1200-1500kv. Just need to find some lipo's to fit the 100x35x20mm battery box

edit; I think i found the right packs for me
http://www.cheapbatterypacks.com/mai...an=PRC&cat=P20 the 1500 2s and 3s packs, I know people will say buy hobbycity or whatever they call themselves, but i prefer to use a known brand and polyquest use enerland cells. Besides, there are too many stories about people being charged and not getting anything over on RC groups.

Now if Mike could get smaller packs through his source (hint hint) I'll buy his packs without hesitation
