Your link rules CC!!!

Well after hearing about how awesome this adapter is from Castle Creations on a bunch of different forums, I was determined to get one after trying to program the ESC via the transmitter *it sucks*. Luckily for me, I met a person in another forum who had a spare one lying around who just happen to live in my state and he gave it to me free of charge, he even paid shipping! Just got it today and I rushed upstairs to give it a try. Wow, no wonder alot of people rant about this thing! You can adjust throttle/brake curves, Lipo cutoff voltages, timing, TX delay, view graphs of throttle punch, change reminder beeps and everything else you could think of!

Now I can really tweak and play with my Flux so its just right. Its just so amazingly cool that I can plug in a modern R/C car now via my computer and program it! Amazing how things have changed since I had my first R/C Nikko Chipmunk car back in 1987 and my first real rc car, a Team Losi XXT 2WD Stadium truck back in 1995. The computer nerd in me love this and I'm very glad I got a Flux over a Baja 5T. Once I got over the initial "scared" stage of LiPo's, I could never even think about using NiMH now! Long live the new era of brushless LiPo programmable powa!!!

EDIT: So far, using the most current firmware and software versions, I have not run into any issues using it with my Vista 64 bit OS

Yeah, current lipo and BL tech is great! I have used the castle link alot, and it never fails to impress me with ease of use and adjustability. With the recent firmware updates I have run everything from 10pole outrunners to 2 pole inrunners. Great tool to have and it makes the already great cc products even more versatile.

Glad to see you're enjoying it. Get that bad boy running right so we can see how it stacks up to my Muggy (when I get it fixed :().
