damn, how much time u invested in it?

MetalMan 01.28.2006 11:04 AM

That's the Cold Fusion buggy that never really went into production. It's pretty nice; a BL-specific chassis with an Ofna driveline; you can't go wrong! (as long as you can afford it).

those are the key words because it is kinda expensive

Re~Mix 01.28.2006 03:26 PM

In reality, it's about $100 more than buying a used buggy, not too much. I was about 10 seconds away from buying a few months ago, and it included ofna 9.5 shocks for a lower price even.

what about suspension? if ANYTHING was altered when they made the aluminum arms for it the handle could drastically be changed. anybody know about this? did they just replicate the plastic arms in aluminum or what? im thinking about getting it.

Why don't you contact Cold Fusion? He's a member on these boards.

Recognized it the second I saw it, he even had a video of it posted somewhere.

For 425, you can't go wrong imo? that price is fair cheap..?

I've seen the cold fusion buggy in person. The truggy has several flaws in my opinion.

squeeforever 01.29.2006 10:56 PM

hippie, would you please elaborate...

rchippie 01.29.2006 11:07 PM

#1 The center brace mounts direcly to the plastic diff. Not enough meat left around the screw.
#2 He drilled the plastic diff cases to put the hing pins thru, (bad design lot of slop) very thin amount of plastic left ( very weak in my opinion).
#3 Center mount was to tall, so when you try to attach CB to mount's the ends flex down.
#4 Holes on center brace & diff cases did not line up.

I would give ADAM a 10 for effort, dut needs better designing.
