i was thinking about starting a project with my mt-2 i was thiniking of getting it in all alunimum but thats alot of $$ but it will be probably done!!! i am now only hopeing to fix my problem ill have some pics.....i totaly striped my 52 toothed gear:018: :018: :018:

That gear is bald! Your gonna need a replacement;)

Yeah, id get the hardened spur gear at hpi, itl last'cha a bit....

ya i visited the website and i was thiniking of purchasing it off there because my local hobbie stor is too lazy to re-order the part:C

and i have to purchase a centre 83mm drive shaft:P

I thought you had that drive shaft? hmmm.....

That sucks, try looking harder, it should'nt be too hard to find a shaft of its size.....

i would rather get a brand new one..

There really is no difference unless it has minor or noticable damage.

ya .........

But if it cannot be found, a new one is a must.

i would perfer a brand new one!
