Spur/Pin question
 

Im currently running the 48t metal spur gear that came stock with my 8ight-t 1.0 race roller. Its geared with a 16t pin, the engine is running way to hot. So im asking for suggestion. I have a 15t pin that i could use. but im not against buying something smaller on the pinion side. I just dont know if i should be changing the Spur gear or the Pinion gear. Everything else is running nice and warm if even that. I havent really changed any of the ESC settings. Im guessing its better to try gearing? Suggestions and Thoughts plus you Help = much love.

So whats a good cool combination for my 8ight-t 1.0 (i know some of u are running the same setup

I just need something thats going to be nice and kool. ambient temps are in the middle 90's here with high humidity.
