higher KV motor, what should i do with gearing.

When changing from a low KV motor to a higher KV motor (3350 to 5700)
Should i gear down or up for the change?
Batts will remain the same.

smaller pinion or larger spur, or both... Always gear down when going up on kv.

it is going into a CEN ME16MT

I was running a VXL with 2S lipo. But i put the VXL in a slash and sold it.
Picked up a sidewinder and hope to see it today or tomorrow.
