australian postage
gday mike just wondering if i could get cheaper postage on a couple of plastic spurs, current postage estimate is $26usd items dont weigh much and would fit in small parcel normally costing around 5usd. cheers
ps love my motor mount thanks |
Tried this ages ago, no dice I believe

I also was told only send packages tracked. sucks having only a handful of stores in AU.

Waiting for parts is part of the hobby down here, If you are in QLD OZ RC are pretty good for your LOSI stock parts
I've used RC Monster for plenty of bits stuff normally turns up in about 10 days |
It's still cheaper to buy from os and pay for the top level shipping than to get stuff locally in this backwater. I haven't been to a local hobby store for months now. Noone in Perth even has Mod 1 pinions in stock, whats the point?

^ Well there are backwaters & there are backwaters...

modelflight keep most size pinions in mod 1 (plus offer overnight freight) i cant find a ofna dealer here tho

I have found www.impaktrc.com to have super fast postage to Australia. Sometimes orders have turned up in 5 days.

BIG +1 for OZ RC in Brisbane as well.
Gerard can help 3 people in person and 2 on the phones at once and, still manage to treat everyone with dignity and respect. Other stores in Bris I've been to have 3 people behind the counter, no-one else in the store, and they still can hardly muster a civil word! Maybe that's why OZ RC is always so busy... Good Business Sense! Also +1 for www.impaktrc.com Great service and super fast shipping. Though I always try OZ RC first. Haven't ordered from RCM yet but can't wait to when the Medusa Heatsink/Endbell Clamps are in!!!!!!! Good Luck :mdr: |
