What version should I be using with my MMM? Im using 1.22 now.

that's what most people are using. even though it is a beta, it is pretty stable, and really improves the startup sequence (less cogging), as well as a few other features. Use it unless it is problematic for you. also, check out the Castle Creations section in here, there is a thread about this update in there somewhere
