mmm fan not working
 

the fan on my mmm stopped working is this something i can repair or is this some thing i should leave to castle."warranty"???

The fans are a big problem on them they all go out eventually. My fan has also quit working and I dont feel like waiting for them to warranty it so I just let it be. It rarely ever gets up to 150 anyway so Im not worried about it. I just keep a check on the temp on it and its fine.

cool it only comes on here and there just noticed on my last batt. on start up it didnt come on. can this be replaced w/out soldering on the controller?

yes. you can purchase this from castle and it even comes with an extra case. it is very easy to replace the fan

Hey mine has yet to come on. Not sure why but it reached 200 today :surprised: not sure why

idont forget the temp you get outside of the case is about 30 cooler than the acual heatsink, mine would thermal with the outer case saying 177, i cut the top off mine and shoe goo a small fan on top and wire it in to the existing wires, that way its easier to change when it goes out
