E-mbx6t

Good thing the center diff mounting holes haven't changed. I use the Kyosho center diff in order to use the plastic spur. I still prefer the plastic. These are all parts that were in my MBX5T. The integrated battery-tray/splash-guard needed new holes and some rigging, but it still looks good.

My first race with this truggy was at the Runn a couple weeks ago. I came in 2nd in the 10-truggy field. I got beat by Dekotah Phend. He always seems to just beat me...by 2 laps.

hey there
did you replace the whole diff or just the spur? i am in the throws of doing my first conversion on a mbx5t.am new to 1/8th and offroad for that matter:yes: are those guards you have put on the rear arms a factory part or a personalised touch?

That is a Kyosho center diff and Kyosho center diff mount. They bolt right in with no mods (5T or 6T). This is an older setup that a lot of people were doing in order to use a plastic spur gear. There is no plastic spur option from Mugen. Now days, a lot of people are using hardened pinions and sticking with the stock Mugen diff and metal spur. It works fine. If you don't really prefer plastic (like I do), there's no need to go to the trouble of the Kyosho setup.
The mud guards in the back are part of the kit. You could make them fit a 5T too.
