how fast would my 10 scale car go??

with a ezrun 150A esc, a 10 turn brushless motor with a 2200 11.1v lipo battery??

im getting back into my favorite hobby and when i started years back brushless motors wasent the big thing to have..least not to my knowledge..but im excited about getting a new car and want to know whats the best parts to go for

2200mah is too light, get something in the 4-6k range. bump up the voltage to 4s, drop the kv down to about 2500- gear it high and expect to see speeds of 70+.... that is If the driveline, tires, chassis, and driver keep their composure.

thank u brushless..ill look at some higher voltage batteries..n whats the kv?

brushlessboy16 09.16.2009 06:04 PM

Rpm per volt.

bernyberns 09.16.2009 06:16 PM

You'll learn very quickly that around here BrianG's speed/gearing calc (and all the other calcs) will be your best friend!

http://www.scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/index.html

If you have any problems figuring out what numbers to enter in the fields let us know and we can explain more details.

There are little question mark links next to most fields. Clicking them will bring up help on that topic. If there is something not clear in those help windows, let me know (in the RC Calc thread) and I can clarify as needed...
