Blew my hexes and wheels :o(
 

I just blew my hexes and wheels on my Mamba powered Aftershock, so I need some new ones.

I am thinking about buying the Proline HD 23mm. hexes and pair them with a set of Proline 40 series commando wheels with moabs.

But I am not sure if the beadlocks will hold up o the Mamba monster on 5s lipos.

Can anybody confirm whether they are ok or not, or maybe come up with another suggestion. I am primarely running on grass, dirt an a bit on tarmac.

If you were using the stock AfterShock hexes then even the LST2/XXL hexes would be an upgrade, or 17mm buggy hexes. I would guess 17, 20, or 23 hexes would hold up fine on the MMM, I used stock LST2 hexes with a NEU 1527 and they held up fine.

anything 17mm or bigger will work just fine. 14mm is too small.

im sure if your just bashing the bead locks will be fine
