RC8T Conversion - Gearbox Gasket?

Is the gearbox gasket from the donor chassis required for the e-conversion chassis?

If you wanna keep from throwing gear grease between the diff cases and the chassis then I think it would be a wise idea to put one there. The chassis is made to be a 1:1 replacement from the nitro chassis.
