RCMonster Mount or Castle Conversion Kit

I just bought a used Jammin' X1 CR which I'll be converting to electric for my 9 year old son. I can't decide whether I'm going with RC-monster's motor mount and use one of my tekno battery trays or Castle's electrci conversion kit. Money is not an issue since they're pretty much cheap.

I also have a bunch of 2S and 3S Neu batteries to use. I plan on pulling out the Tekno RC 2200Kv motor from my gmaxx and use it on this conversion.

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Get both lito! Then review them yourself and post up for all to see.

Lito: I have a RCPD battery tray/skid for the X1-CR sitting here. If you want it, pay for the shipping and it's yours. This would pair nice with the RC-M mount.

if you don't need that battery tray and those skid plates, i have a CEN matrix coming in the mail that would go real nice with a RCPD tray and some skids.

Cory, you got pm.

I'll be ordering Mike's RC-monster mount. This way, I can still use the motor mount if I decide to upgrade the truck to X2 specs. I'm trying to gather all the parts needed for the conversion now while I'm at the last leg of our deployment so all I have to do is assemble them when I get home, hopefully before Thanksgiving.
