hobbywing combo for maxx
 
I'm looking at a tame hobbywing combo for a 3906 maxx it gott a metal gear tranny stock 3905 diffs 3905 driveshafts
will be running 4s happy with 20 -30mph its my wifes truck!
I'm thinking I might have to go 80A
any thoughts - also where to get them at the best price

Hi mate ,I'd go for the 2350kv withe 150a speedy if you want the HB brushless ,Have you tried Ebay ,Should be able to get this for a good price ,with our Aussie Dollar getting stronger.http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...&ParentCat=192

I've got a Medusa 36-70-2000kv with a Mamba Max speedy in mine and running 4s lipo plenty of power and fast too.......

My maxx runs medusa 36 80 1600 mmm on 6s
I'm worried that the hobbywing 150A combo will destroy the stock diffs -
my wife was happy with the stock set up (with 14.8 lipo batts) Im after something comparable
has anyone used the 80A

Good to see some Aussies on this forum - I like the powerstroke shocks
