77mph Mamba MAX on a Nascar Track!!
 

An MSPvideos exclusive caught the guys at Glenwood Rc trying to grab the land speed record on a FULL SIZE Nascar track. Located in Holland, New York Dr. Drew leads the guys to the world of underground speed clocking the Mamba Max powered TC5 - 5000mAh 3S Lipo reaching speeds of over 70mph.

I love the Duct Tape Car stand in the beginning. And the use of Flightmax Lipo's.

But they have some work to do for that landspeed record. TC3's have gone 120+mph...

77mph is nowhere close to 120mhp... BUT maybe, just maybe this is a Speed Record on a 1:1 Nascar Track!? :whistle: :lol:

Yes, I thought of that as well. Not sure of too many racers using a NASCAR track...

I think that's about the only way to make driving on a nascar track entertaining. Would be pretty fun to drive on one.

77 is not bad, but MTs have gone faster. Let's see that thing make some laps @100mph. :)

Why is this relevant for a speed record? I mean the record is how fast? 130mph or something? Big deal, I can do 70+mph in my 1512 6s powered revo...
