have new hyperion g3 5000mah. 2s/3s.just tried charging them today,also have hyperion 606i.my charger is only givig me appx.2800mah.is this normal for a first time charge.thanks

Yes. They come at a certain voltage. Make sure your lvc is set good; I use 3.2v. It's very important the cells don't go below 3v. You should put back close to 5000mah if you go down to 3.0v, but you shouldn't get 5000 or more.
