What the hell is BK doing????

I was just browsing the shop to see if any new car controllers were coming out and surprise...surprise....

http://www.bk-electronics.com/catalo...p?cPath=36_212

What a shame BK.

skellyo 11.10.2009 01:49 PM

Exactly...I wonder how many have they sold at that price .

ANGRY-ALIEN 11.10.2009 02:24 PM

That's so sad... I wonder if they're using their own firmware... and they even branded them BK.:whip:

_paralyzed_ 11.10.2009 02:33 PM

but these have a sensored option. Last I checked the hobbywings didn't have that. Still looks like a hobbywing to me though.

Unsullied_Spy 11.10.2009 02:38 PM

 That's really low, and very stupid if they actually think someone will pay that.

lutach 11.10.2009 03:12 PM

I really thought a company such as BK would do their own controllers. Now they sell Hobbywing stuff and Suppo as well.

Bondonutz 11.10.2009 03:22 PM

Never would have thought it

Finnster 11.10.2009 03:46 PM

Lameass... what a fall

jhautz 11.10.2009 03:55 PM

Well.... Even though its low end hobby wing, its still a huge step up from the totally outdated products they were selling. I think the controllers they were selling before were designed in 1990.

snellemin 11.10.2009 04:04 PM

I saw that and giggled a bit. They still offer the older warrior stuff.

I think the 150A and 80A ones do have sensor ports on the ESC, but the motors they combo with them never have sensors

coolhandcountry 11.10.2009 05:32 PM

I wouldn't buy nothing bk sells.
There customer service made me a not want anything they sell any more.

The prices doesn't help either. :grrrrrr:

scarletboa 11.10.2009 10:56 PM

considering their prices and failure rates, i think this is a step up for them:lol:

I thought the same. Looks like they may be updated a bit, might just be looks though.
