how to mount sprong
 

Hey guys,
I was just wondering how do you mount the sprong with the ofna gear? I tried to mount it as tight as possible but when I go in reverse the piece that holds the sprong on loosens and unscrews. I even tried putting the plate that screws the sprong on then putting a bolt after to hold the plate and still loosens. How do you guys mouint it? Thanks guys for the help. Grant

Do you have a pic of this? It sounds like your are missing something. Do you have the plates on the strobe.

The lock nut is supposed to tighten against the aluminum "nut" that adjusts the slipper tension. This will keep the setting intact. Just make sure the nylon nut has some nylon left!

Im having a problem with mine too. The gear wont sit on the shaft strait no matter how hard i tighten it. It just seems to want to sit slanted, but the gear is tight. Any ideas??

You do use the stock slipper plates makana?
