cheapest 2.4gHz radio i've ever seen
http://hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store...z_2Ch_Tx_&_Rx_
hobbycity has done it again. sure, it looks like it belongs with a radioshack rc car, but for $25 you can't complain. i'll be getting one of these for sure. |
sweet. This would be great for "loaner" cars I give to friends and fam when they want to play. They don't get to touch my savage. :)

Looks good. Wish they could have set it up to use only 4 AA batteries in the Tx.
I have 2 in my shopping cart. Just checking my Christmas funds before I order them... |
The rx is the same as the Eurgle. I have that 2.4 setup. Don't see just the rx to compare the price to r2hobbies...

That's a nice one. Looks just like the 2.4ghz you get when you buy the redcat 8th scale e-buggy or 4x4 short course vehicle. Not for nothing but once you add the crazy $30 shipping that seems to be the norm (for me anyway) from hobbycity you can probably pick up one from a domestic dealer and probably cheaper with a little shopping around by part number.

Yep just ordered a couple myself. Ideal for the Mini which goes on vacations with us, the Futaba 2PL has been servicable but at distance, AM glitches are annoyin!
