Advice of Lipo IR.

Hi,
I've got a pair of Trakpower 4900mah 7.4v lipo for around 2 years.
Recently I charged them with Hyperion chargers and the IR.of the batteries are 25 mOhm and 30 mOhm in 4.5A charging current.
I want to know if the batteries get tired or not?
I know it best to know the answer by Eagle Tree but I have none.
Please reply the advice and reference from you guys.
For lipo operation I'd rather to keep a safe margin.
I don't want to tell tired batteries from flame in my truck.

You would notice by the performance in your car. My neu energy packs would fully charge like normal with about twice the normal IR readings, and feel like a weak pack when used in the vehicle. The only way a lipo will catch fire is if you short it out or puncture the cells. Lipos can't catch fire just because the voltage has gone to low or the cell has gotten too old, so no need to worry about that.

By the way, I use the packs in series.
I am not concerned with the lipo in fire.
I am worried about MMM esc which high battery IR. will cause hazard.
I think to tell by the performance is subjective.
It is difficult to tell how weak is too weak especially for a basher.
Lipo batteries cost and I intend to get the most out of it.
At least not to throw them away too early.
In other words, when did you throw your packs away?

a 20C 5Ah LiPo cell should have an IR no more than 3.7mΩ/cell. 7.4mΩ total for a 2S pack, 30mΩ looks too large. make sure you were charging your pack in a warm room when make the reading.

Which Hyperion charger are you using? the Hyperion chargers was never acurate in IR readings, my EOS0610i reads twice as large as the actual value and now it gets obviiously lower than actual after a firmware update.

I use Hyperion Net3 with v3.1 firmware.
