Revo shock setup.

how do you guys have your suspension set up? currently i have gold springs up front with 90wt in some piggyback shocks...
the back has blue springs with 110wt oil in stock revo shocks.
ride hight is a little higher than level driveshafts but since im mostly bash and hit some big jumps i wanted the extra travel and stiffer oil ......

Geesh, 90 and 110wt ? Thought 60 & 70 wt was a bit much, but I guess not ?

In my E-revo I'm using the TRX valved pistons(These were a welcomed addition and have helped with how the trucks stabilizes after a high jump-not bouncey anymore)
50Wt and Pink Springs Front
50Wt and Blue springs Rear

I'm building a second E-revo and more than likely have pretty much the same set up, works well for what I do during bashing.

good lord,90 and 110! are we talking shock fluid or gasoline octane? i guess for BIG jumps its ok but it must be like trying to drive a brick? i use 45wt all the way around with silver sways for general bashing,50wt and black sways for racing and integy blue springs--josh

i run 80wt in the rear and black springs. that seems to serve well for racing and bashing.
also run green springs front and 60wt.

bondo, how do them valved pistons hold up? any more insight on them? i am intrigued.

Just bought another set last night because I'll be building my shocks for the new Revo next. I really think they help a ton, I think they're more for the track but I like how they have made my revo act after a large jump, it just doesn't bouce around any more. Generally feels much more stable and has reduced body roll. I do not run sway bars on my bashers to keep everything nimble, the valves have acted like a very light sway bar in effect. The truck seems to be more planted.

Here is whom I purchase from and they ship world wide
