hey ok i have the heli and remote and an instruction booklet any in text lessons you would give maybe how to fly it kind of thxs so far i know what the throttle is and thats it

That's a very nice heli Vital. My brother has one and that will probably be my next one as well. I currently have 2 Heli Max Roto fly's and the Blade is a much better Heli and cheaper too.
Flying is alot of trial and error but you will eventually get the hang of it. A simulator really helped me out as well.
Have fun and good luck!

whats the most exspensive part of the Blade CP if i were to crash? and i don't like simulators i like hands on not just connecting my transmitter to my computer but doing it i think i will get the hang of it i have extra blades just in case

I'm not sure what the most expensive part is, but I so know that my brother has gone through a couple sets of blades. If I'm not mistaken, I believe they are wood? I don't have that problem with my Heli-Max as they are plastic blades.
I am definately no expert when it comes to flying these things, but I do have the hovering down along with all of the basic left, right, foward, backward, 360's etc. So I will tell you what I would recomend is to start off slow, don't try and get alot of altitude right away. Stay closer to the ground initially and practice your hovering. I made the mistake of thinking that I was good too early and had some higher altitude crashes (higher altitude as in 10 feet high) so get comfortable lower to the ground first, then work your way up from there.
Hope this helps a little.
