A colleague HAD a laptop that crashed & the usual windows prompt came up asking him to press "any key" to continue

Now bearing in mind the onscreen info displays the 30 second countdown...he lost the plot looking for the "any" key & punched the keys until the screen went dead...he will never ever live it down
