Charging issues?

I have an Accucell-6 and I was charging a Turnigy 3S 4000mah LiPo. It's supposed to alarm me when the battery is full but it never happened. So I look at it and the charger is changing the charge rate and the battery voltage is fluctuating between 12.59V and 12.6V. So I figure this is why it's never telling me it's done. It worked just fine yesterday..Any help?

Well 12.6 is the peak voltage of a 3s pack... If the charge current was either decreasing or pulsing on/off repeatedly then that's what it is supposed to do. I'm not sure how that charger works as I don't own one, but it sounds like it was just finishing off the charge when you saw it. Another few minutes and it probably would've sounded the alarm.

I don't know. I let it do that for 10 more minutes and it still did nothing.

my charger(triton2) charges to 4.2v per cell and then tapers the charge back down .2a I think. From the time it hits 4.2v per cell till the charge is done is alittle while. (more than 10 mins I would think.)

Really? Okay then I'll see what happens this charge around.
