What is the max safe rpm of the BK Electronics Wanderer "L" Brushless Motor?

If you keep it around 40,000 rpm you are pretty good. It is rated for more though. I am thinking 80,000 or something but not sure. It wouldn't be a good thing to push it that hard.

the motors are "rated" to 80000 rpms. I wouldn't make a habit of pushing it this hard, though. As Leroy said, 40k is a good place to be for daily use. A hard stab of the brakes on a heavy vehicle from 80k rpms will likely cause some damage to the motor!

Most likely the magnets will get loose..
