Wow...turnaround is FAST
 

i sent in an esc for repair i think 3-4 days ago, and it's already on it's way back!

that's FREAKIN' sweet! you guys really ramped up your repair turnaround time. WOW :gasp::party:

Hey,i sent in mine for repair on saturday with a tracking number,it showed that they
received it on monday,haven't heard from them.Did they send you a email saying that
they receive it.I sent in my $70 for repair or replacment just wanted to know if they had
receive it.Hope my can come back as fast as your's did.

I sent mine in on Friday. they sent me an email yesterday morning saying they got it, and they were replacing it. then yesterday evening, i got a usps tracking number and when i tracked it, it had already left Kansas. talk about impressive. this is even better customer service than Traxxas. Traxxas usually take about 10 days door to door :gasp::whistle::party:

About a month ago i sent my MMM in for a tune-up and had it back in a week. Thats customer service!Thanks CASTLE CREATIONS !!! :wink:,and um,umm!

Wow! i received my mamba monster today,great service from the guy's from castle creation.
By the time i sent them and email to check on the status,it had arivied!Great service
from a great company.Keep up the good work!
