Looking for spare LST parts...
 

Hello guys. I'm not sure if I can post this or not... But I'm rebuilding an LST that I plan on selling once done. I discovered that for some reason, I'm missing the center drive shaft for the rear diff. I have the longer XXL ones, but they are too long obviously. I need one that fits the rear. I couldn't find them on the Losi site to buy, so I think you have to buy the whole diff case? I'm just looking for someone who may have this as a spare?

I'm also looking for spare diff pinions (that spin the ring gear). I'm not sure if Mike sells anything that fits, or else I'd buy it. If so, let me know. I'm pretty sure that the 8Ight pinion is different. BUT, I'm not sure if the pinion used the Hybrid Diffs work. I'm guess not. But if so, that's great! Because I don't need the Ring/Pinion SET. Just the pinion! I need like three of them too.

I'm also looking for an extra LST2 Tranny if anyone has one. I'm also in the market for LST shocks, extra LST hingepins, and the front and back "risers" that the top plates screw into. I have an XXL chassis and all of the plates, but my chassis doesn't have the black pieces that attach to the top of the frame, front and rear, that the shock towers sit on. I'm pretty sure you can't just buy those either?

That's about it. I figured I'd ask here, because i'm sure you're all like me, and have boxes of spare stuff lying around. It just so happens that I don't have these parts. And I'm hip to "used" since I want to flip the truck right away anyway.

Please don't flame me for this post. I'm hoping it's not against the rules, as I follow them as best as possible. Nothing that I am asking for is sold by RCM... and if it were, I'd buy it from Mike.

I have a set of gears I could let ya have, also have an aftershock (I think) trans. I may have a used bone for the center rear. The parts should be available seperately, though.

The bones are sold by themselves, just look up aftershock on horizon hobbies, or eyeball the aftershock manual on losi.

I found the bones, yes. For some reason, it's kind of difficult searching Horizon's site. I don't know why I find it so hard to navigate and find stuff. I finally downloaded the parts listings, then searched by number!

Sadly, they don't sell the diff pinion by itself, you have to buy the whole thing. Yikes!

Horizon bites. Don't know how they stay in biz with nearly everything out of stock or on backorder constantly!

I use Losi Parts House/ Traxxas Parts House for lotsa stuff, always get my order in 2 days with normal shipping, even across country.

I have everything you are looking for - except I dont think I have any extra shocks. I will have shock bodies though.

The tranny I have is original LST, not LST 2. Not sure if its a two speed or just a manual set high-low range setup
