Where did it break? Pictures?

Mathew_rt 05.21.2010 12:41 AM

right next to the diff cup
i have attached a pic

do you have one spare also do you have a racer x shocktower as well
broke both

i am having really bad luck with my truck lately
once i replace parts i might sell it

this thing is costing me a small fortune

just got a losi 8ight e buggy with a neu 1512/1.5y motor and mamba monster esc on 5s lipo and that thing is much more fun than this my supermaxx truck at a fraction of the cost.

Ouch! I have a spare set of 2 in the house but I don't know when I'm going home. I'll let you know when I get home (few weeks).

You can still buy the shock towers from the UE store, but the CVD bones are out of stock.

Complete Racer-X Knucklehead Shock Tower Kit [here] $34.99

Just the Racer-X Knucklehead Shock Tower (one) [here] $17.00

U.E does not take international credit cards and paypal

so i have to try to find some second hand ones who can ship to Australia.

Chadworkz 05.21.2010 08:04 AM

SHouldn't be too hard...contact [BillyTrucks123] on eBay, I am sure he has everything you want or need!

You can use Jammin' X2 truggy universals in place of the UE 8mm cvds, this will also allow you to use a 17mm hex. You can get them off ebay pretty reasonable. I have both and am currently using the truggy universals. I hope that helps.

These are the ones, and the seller who I bought them from, you will have to buy the hubs seperate.

linc213 05.21.2010 07:52 PM

They work well and fit my Racer-X with setbacks perfect. Their are 2 different hubs that ofna makes that fit, I am not sure of the part #'s but one is silver/grey in color and the other ones are blue. The blue ones have a little better fit between the knuckle/bearing.

George16 05.22.2010 12:02 AM

Both x1 and x2 CRT unis and hubs(gray or blue will work) will fit the racerx/EXT suspension.

Mathew_rt 05.23.2010 12:15 AM

Hi George

i have 7.5 ue diffs would it still fit?

George16 05.23.2010 02:09 AM

Yes it will. I run that setup (7.5 diffs and x1 or x2 crt universals) on my gmaxx.
