Help! Mugen Mbx6t with Slipperential

Hi,
I am trying to mount a 50T slipperential into Mbx6t.
However, I have two situations. First, the 50T spur is so large that the gear makes contact with the chassis. I believe the solution is to use a 46T spur but all I've got is 50T spurs.
Second, the thrust bearing also makes slight contact with the chassis . I think this comes form the motor mount that pushes Slipperiental a little bit forward and force the thrust bearing to touch the front edge of the chassis hole.
Do you have these problems? How do you solve them?
Thanks!

u need 46t spur or to raise the diff by 2mm using diff spacers - Kyosho Center Diff Mount Spare (ST-R)
[KYOIS054]
u need to dremel the chassis a bit. done in on my 5t and now 6T see it here

Thanks.
I have tried the spacer method and 2.5mm is just sufficient.
The 50T spur gear hits the top plate of diff mount, too.
I hope 46T derlin spur gears back in stock soon.

mugen 6t uses 46T spur. get the steel gear it is very quiet (you will be surprised)

you can put spacers also under the top plate.

I experienced different noises for the mesh mugen MBX5T 46T spur/pinion, depending the steel of the pinions. RCM pinions are quite good for noise but they use themselves a lot :( Novak pinions work great, but are a little bit long. Robinson Racing pinions do a strange noise with mugen spur. But in my RR pinions, I found one of different color, and it works surprisly perfect, totaly no noise like the Novak with the pro of a small pinion, and it don't use itself at all :D. I will keep it !

I use the 46t on my 6t. Just need to shim the slipper and then create a wider slot on the chassis. It worked great last Sun for its 1st race. Smooth like butter.

I have done all the mods needed to mount a 50t slipperential into Mbx6t.
In addition to the diff mount problem. The 50t gear rubs the edge of RCM battery box. I have to cut a slot on the box to make the gear free. I never thought 50t and 46t would make such big differences.

They certainly do make a difference. On my 5T I had to shim quite a bit to get everything to fit
