CC1518 on 5s geared for 35mph. Would be a killer, cool setup.

How old is he, driving experience ?

Anything mentioned above would be a efficent set up fer sure.

He,s 5 he ran it all last year as nitro pretty well, and hes also got a little revo he uses daily. For his age i think he does pretty good them.

May want to consider a 2200kv w/4s. Plenty efficent and powerful at the same time, and be very easy to gear accordingly per his skill level.

I agree 5s might be a little much for the little guy with the castle 2200. 4s should do the trick especially geared conservative.

Thanks guys. I was looking at Mikes battery trays, will any of those bolt right in or will i have to drill holes in the chassis.I would rather not have to do that it has the upgraded chassis on it.

So i spoke with Mike and he needed the Muggy to to make a custom tray.I decided not to go that route due to the shipping costs"im sure it would have been worth it",but i did get his motor mount. Here are some pix of what has been done so far.Oh yeah sorry about the nitro picture but i had to:lol:
