After a few rides with the TEKIN System (RX8+2000KV) the ESC died
I want to send my RX8 for rapier and TEKIN need the RA number,so far so good.
I sent 4 mails to receive a RA number but the only response is: "Due to the influx of e-mails received, please give us 2-3 days to respond."
its a 7 days after and nothing.
did someone know the way to get RA number ?

I miss my old Durable mamba without the bullshit support.:oops:

Tekin support is great too, just be patient and give them a little more time...

You'd be surprised how many emails we don't get. Some get lost all together, others might not get out on our end. We were experiencing an email server issue the other day.
