What size motor screws?
 

Just got kd36-74-9xl motor, using the kyosho motor mount but it didn't come with screws, and I'm wondering what size screws I should use.

The motor has holes in the endbell for 3mm screws.

I like to use 3mm cap head screws.

Thanks, how about length? I know too long is bad, but so is too short.

Someone gave me this tip before: use a toothpick to see how deep the threads are until you contact the windings, then you can see how long of a screw you can use. Also, remember to factor in some length for going through the motor mount.
