havoc pro esc question

I 've got a new Novak Havoc ESC, and i noticed that the fan is constantly running. Is this normal or is it temperature sensored based?

it is supposed to spin 100% of the time.

yeah.. totally normal.. and totally normal for the blades to die, one by one.. but the fan will keep running.. and buzzing.. LOL.. You get the Havoc Pro SC?
