MMM new shipment batch?
 

Anyone have an idea when they will be shipping out the esc for replacements?

I was told within 2 weeks, 14 days ago today... instead of emailing castle again figured i would ask here ;)

I was contacted via email last Friday and was told it could be up to 4 weeks befor I see mine ? I'm not to terribley worried tho, I have plenty of spares :oops:

yup...i have 2 over there right now. one has been there going on 4 weeks and the other one 2-3 weeks. i'm kinda glad i still have some nitros to roll. this wait time sucks. :yes: :whistle:

boy....what great customer service. i just tried calling them and the phone just rings and rings...dialed again to see if i had the right number...just more ringing.

i just meant that you didn't seem to have the same wait time i did for my repair. my esc has been there since july 23. your's shipped..i haven't heard anything from Castle at all. it's really frustrating.

well mine had been there way before july 23rd, so im sure they will get to you.

Ya 2 weeks ago was when the 4 weeks was up ... So it's been with them for about 6 weeks heh

wow...i sure feel like an ass now. I called Castle before your post about you having to wait 6 weeks and the tech told me that it would be atleast a couple of more weeks for me. when i said to him that there was a member here at RC-Monster that got his back after a couple of weeks, he said that was "inaccurate" and that they had a pretty big backlog.

i didn't believe him based on what you wrote so i started to write a big complaint letter to send due to my frustration. i'm glad i saw your post and deleted the complaint.
