Confusing.
That was a little bit confusing. I saw the last comment that it traveled 300 MPH, but looking at the speedometer it said 298km not mph. So which was it? Nice project though. He did not seem to have much trouble driving that thing either. Pretty effortless driving from the looks of it considering how fast it was going. Can you clarify the actual speed?

This is from the blog...
"We've broken 300!! Our record from yesterday is rebroken! Just completed 2 runs with an average of 307.66 MPH in the mile! top recorded speed: 320 MPH Posted by kelly at 4:02 PM" http://blog.buckeyebullet.com/ He did look like he was driving down to the corner shop for some milk. I've seen as many internal camera footage of speed run vehicles as anyone & even considering the lower comparative speeds, it's like he was running on velvet in comparison |

I saw mph also but the video is of BB2 (hydro) - just checked
Couldn't find any BB2.5 video but this is at least the correct vehicle: www.buckeyebullet.com/BB25.html |
I see what you mean about the sunday driving style (drving Miss Daisy) it just doesn't seem fitting at all  Must have been a light crosswind though. What was the BB2.5 powered by? BB1 was batteries BB2 was fuel cell.
Found my answer in the last link. |
