is this a good ubec
6049361877 slap that into ebay. have basicly the same specs as the one mike sell but its cheaper and smaller, dont know if thats a good thing though :032:

That's the one they sell at XUS Hobby, and it's the one that I use. As far as I can tell, it works excellently with 4s LiPo, and didn't heat up at all in my 1/8 buggy with a Blue Bird BMS-620mg servo. Now I use it in my Rustler with a MGM Compro 12012 because the MGM's BEC died and also because my Mtroniks Genesis Truck controller (that's in my 1/8 buggy now) can't drive with the UBEC.

if i buy it and it ends up not putting out enuff power for my servos is there any way i could wire up another one for twice the amperage
You probably could, but 3A continuous should be enough.

cool tnx metalman
3amps is more than enough for a lot of servos. Think most servo's draw about 0.3amps max
it should be plenty
Servos can draw a lot more than 0.3amps. Some servos draw more than others, but this UBEC should handle any servo that we might use with the exception of 1/4 scale servos (it might work with those, but I don't know).
