castle has a time shrinking machine that allows them to fit 2 day in one!

Must have been a reverse leap-day...

Likely CC were testing the new "150c ultra gangsta race spec edition lipos" from brand X and it will take at least one 48hr day in order to get a full 150c discharge. And some magic beans and a flux capacitor.

My favorite quote from the Chicago show - "It's rated at 150C discharge. And it will take 150C discharge for three minutes."

The bull*hit being slung around in this hobby is amazing.

(BTW - at 150C discharge, a battery would go from completely charged to completely dead in 24 seconds. )

I wonder which company that was?

Although, they have since stated the 150C is burst, while sustained burst is 100C and 75C continuous. Judging from graphs posted by others, I see them as no more than 30C continuous and maybe 60C burst at best. There is a pretty good thread around here discussing this very product...

Yup! Its why companies like CC are fabulous to have in the hobby.
