Castle Bec Pro + castle link

I connect castle Bec pro with small wire "red and black only" than i connect it to castle link than connect lipos to supplies the power...and nothing on my pc screen. When i connect esc to castle link it works as it should..
All i wanna do is set the bec pro to 6V.

I got bec pro soldered to esc. When i spoke with castle, "the man" on the phone sad i can connect it to castle link even if i got it soldered on esc. Just use the power from lipos..

Am i doing anything wrong here?

power it with lipo and then use the port on the top...

You need a male to male servo lead.

So that is not included with the ccbec pro? Seems like a bit of an oversight if it is not. A male to male servo lead is not the most common thing, I do not have one and I have just about every connector known to man...

I got the wire that came with CC bec pro. Male to male, got orange and black wire, no red wire.

I powered the lipos than used port on the top and nothing... could my win 7 be the issue?

Check this link, shows you what to do. No red wire because the BEC is being powered by external lipo, not the USB port.
