Balance plug replacement

My balance plug was hanging out and got ripped of in the middle of my race the other day, whats the best place to get balance plugs from?

As much as it pains me to say it I usually get my balance taps from max amps. Ships alot faster than from china and they ad 50c to your packs rating.....
