Finnish off vent holes.

People often cut holes in their MT bodies to increase airflow over the ESC, batteries and motor. This leaves an unfinished look to the body. I have found a way to cover the raw edge. Take a piece of fuel line that will fit around the hole, split it down one side. Then just slid it over the raw edge and glue it with CA to hold it in place. Looks like the vent/hole was factory made.

Not bad

Not too bad looking. Kind of looks like a sunroof opening now. Maybe you could glue some screen into the opening to finish it off? Good idea.

Looks good Sparky, thanks for the new option.

I reach through the hole and grab the roll bar to pick it up.

Make it a true sunroof, and have the window slide open and closed depending on the temperature of your components.

There ya go, now that is a great idea. Have it tied into a thermostat switch that controls the ESC fan so that it only opens when more air-flow is needed. You would have people going crazy when they see it open and close while your driving the truck.

I've ran a led in parallel with a mmp fan before. I could see when it's hot, and it just looks cool when you power up.

^ That's a pretty great idea actually...
